Integrations

Connecting your app to the outside services it needs: payments, maps, SMS/WhatsApp, and analytics, set up properly rather than bolted on.

In depth

What integrations really involves

Almost no app stands alone. It takes payments through a gateway, sends messages through a provider, shows maps, syncs with a CRM, pushes invoices to accounting software. Each connection saves manual work, and each one makes you depend on somebody else's system, with its own rules, limits and occasional downtime.

Most integration work is really about what happens when things go wrong. What does the user see if the payment provider is slow? What if a webhook arrives twice, or never? How do you avoid charging someone twice when a call times out? Retries, duplicate protection, logging and clear messages are what separate an integration that demos well from one that survives real traffic.

There's a commercial side too. Third-party services have pricing tiers, usage limits and terms, and some handle personal or financial data that needs care. We document every integration, keep keys and secrets out of the app itself, and build things so you can swap a provider later without rebuilding around it.

Why it matters

How this helps your business grow

Lets your app accept payments, send messages, or show maps without building those systems from scratch
Keeps third-party services reliable instead of breaking when one API changes
Gives you accurate data through properly configured analytics

What's included

What we set up for you

Integration scoping based on what your app actually needs
Payment gateway, maps, SMS/WhatsApp, and analytics setup
Error handling so a third-party outage doesn't take your whole app down
Testing across the integration, not just a successful first call

How it goes

How we approach integrations

01

List what needs connecting

Every system the app should talk to, what data moves which way, and who owns each account. Nothing gets discovered halfway through.

02

Read the provider's API and limits

We study the docs, rate limits and pricing, test in sandbox mode, and flag anything that clashes with your plan before committing.

03

Build for failure

Timeouts, retries and duplicate protection, with failures logged and shown clearly instead of silently dropped.

04

Monitor and document

Alerts for integration failures, and written notes on how each connection works, so someone can maintain it later.

Ideal for

Who this fits

01

Apps that need payments, messaging, or location features

02

Teams adding capabilities to an already-live app

Watch out for

Common mistakes, and how we avoid them

Secrets inside the app

Keys shipped in a mobile app can be pulled out. Sensitive calls go through your backend.

No plan for duplicate or missing events

Webhooks can repeat or fail. We write handlers that are safe to run twice and can recover.

Tight coupling to one vendor

Swapping a provider later shouldn't mean a rebuild. We keep integration code behind a clean boundary.

Integrations: common questions

Payments such as Razorpay and Stripe, messaging and WhatsApp providers, maps, CRMs, analytics and accounting tools. If a service has a documented API, we can usually connect it.
