Analytics & tracking
Proper setup of GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking, including server-side tracking via Conversions API, so every report you look at is actually measuring something real.
In depth
What analytics & tracking really involves
Plenty of businesses spend on marketing and then can't answer a simple question: which of it worked? Usually because tracking was installed once, years ago, and nobody checked. Forms that don't register, duplicate events, missing purchase data. Decisions end up resting on numbers that are wrong.
A proper setup starts with what you want to know. Which channels bring leads? Which pages lose people? What does a customer cost to acquire? From there we define the events that matter, such as a form submit, a call click, a purchase, and set them up in GA4, Google Tag Manager and any ad platforms you use, then test that each one fires exactly once.
Privacy and consent are part of it. Depending on where your visitors are, you may need to ask before tracking, and ad platforms increasingly rely on server-side signals as browsers limit cookies. We set things up with those realities in mind and document the setup so it can be maintained by someone other than us.

How we approach analytics & tracking
Decide what you need to know
We agree on the questions and the handful of events that answer them, before touching any code.
Audit what's installed
We find duplicates, gaps and broken tags in the existing setup, and clear out what's not needed.
Implement and test
Tag Manager containers, GA4 events and ad-platform conversions get built, and we test each one in real use.
Dashboards and documentation
A simple dashboard of key numbers, plus a written record of every event and what it means.
Ideal for
Who this fits
Businesses running paid ads without reliable tracking
Sites that have analytics installed but never properly configured
Watch out for
Common mistakes, and how we avoid them
Duplicate tracking
Two tags counting the same sale inflate results. We test for double-firing.
Tracking vanity metrics
Page views alone don't pay bills. We focus on actions that matter.
No consent handling
Where required, tracking without consent is a risk. We align setup with your obligations.
